Pets Hideout is a home-based pet boarding and pet sitting service in Singapore, catering to rabbits ๐ฐ cats ๐ฑ small dogs ๐ถ and other small animals ๐ข.
We (Clara and Jon) started Pets Hideout in 2021 after realising that most boarding places crammed many pets into tiny living spaces. So we decided to offer a lower-stress alternative. At Pets Hideout, we take in only a few pets at a time to give each plenty of space and personalised attention.
Pets Hideout rabbit boarding costs S$30 per day per rabbit or $50 per day for bonded pair.
1.5m x 1m playpen
fan-cooled 24/7 with window ventilation
unlimited hay, serving of Oxbow/Burgess pellets, occasional veggies & fruits
daily cleaning and litter change
flexible check-in and check-out times
daily Whatsapp updates
lots of care and attention!
Please note that we have no CCTV and no 24/7 aircon.ย
Pet sitting in your home starts from S$40 per visit depending on the location and number of pets.ย
During the visit we care for your pets including feeding, refilling water, cleaning, administering meds and light grooming. And of course lots of petting! After each visit we will send you video updates of your fur babies.
Each visit lasts typically up to 1 hour. If needed we can arrange for extended visits at additional fees.ย
Stay-in pet sitting (if your pets need 24/7 company) is also available.
One-on-one dog walking service starts from S$30 per walk, depending on your location. What's included:
pick-up and drop-off at your doorstep
30 min to 1 hour of walking or even running
socialisation with other dogs (if owner agrees)
disposal of poop
clean paws and butt before going home
WhatsApp videos and photos of our walking adventures!
Clara's earliest memories were of begging her parents to adopt a dog from SPCA. They didn't agree, but allowed rabbits instead... and that's how she became a pet slave. Before starting Pets Hideout, she was a full-time writer. She now freelances so she has more time with pets.
In younger days, Jon cared for a community cat who ended up adopting him and his home. Sadly his former cat companion has passed away. Today, he lavishes love on our animal household. Jon works from home half the time and enjoys spending time with the pets.
Our HRSS adoptees Eeyore and Miffy have free run of the living room. They are not allowed in the boarding rooms.
Both rescue pets, Terter is a free-roaming terrapin while Miaou is a senior cat with a lot of old man quirks.
We're located at 181 Bishan Street 13, about 10 minutes' walk from Bishan MRT station. Please contact us for more information or to ask about availability.
